Missions was the theme of the Thursday evening, August 4th, service at the General Council of the Assemblies of God in Denver.  All the candidate missionaries from 2004 and 2005 were commissioned to service by General Superintendent Thomas Trask before the 9400 persons in attendance.  Berly, being a candidate in 2004, and Jamie were included among those commissioned anew.  The missionary candidates sang as a choir during the service, and missionary Berly Bello accompanied the choir on the piano.  Jamie's father, Wendell Kruger, prayed over at the them at the altar while Thomas Trask led in a commissioning prayer from the pulpit.  It was a special moment shared by many family and friends who were able to attend.
