Automatic Monthly Contributions
Automatic Monthly contributions for missionaries can be accomplished by using an Authorization Agreement Form. By filling out an Authorization Agreement Form (click link above) and mailing or faxing it to the General Council Contributor Services Department, your monthly contributions can be made hassle free. Your credit card will automatically be charged the designated amount on the 20th of each month. We are able to record your multiple Assemblies of God approved designations and receipt you each month.

Note: When using the automatic monthly contribution option, World Missions additionally requires a Commitment Form (originally known as a pledge) to be completed for each missionaries' records.
