We are currently coaching 11 different mentoring groups in cities around the country. 200 youth leaders are participants in these year-long mentoring groups. We teach a new topic each month with practical tools and applications for putting in into immediate practice in their ministries. We also study 5 youth ministry leadership books together throughout the year.
