On September 21, 2005 Berly, Jamie, and Berly's sister Eunice joined Othello High School students at their flagpole to celebrate See You At The Pole.  A crowd of students began gathering at 6:55 a.m. and by 7:15 a.m. there were over 110 students united in prayer at the flag pole.  They prayed individually, corporately and in small groups, they worshipped in song, they read Scripture, and left the event with flyers in hand to invite their pre-Christian friends to an evening rally at Othello Bethel Spanish Assembly of God Church.  Jamie was invited to guest speak at the evening rally.  That evening 6 students made first time commitments to Christ, and more than a dozen other students recommitted their life to Christ.  It was an exciting day -- especially for Jamie, who grew up in Othello and graduated from OHS in 1989!
